Direct Investment and Management
You invest, and we build a ship, delivering it anywhere globally. Following delivery, we can manage the vessel, covering commercial, technical, and crewing aspects. You'll incur a commission for supervisory services during the build and a management fee for ongoing operations, if applicable.
Bare-Boat Charter Investment
Your investment goes towards building a ship, which we then charter from you under a bare-boat arrangement, ensuring you receive regular hire payments. These payments are designed to cover your investment interest. The invested capital is recouped either through the vessel's eventual sale in Europe or via enhanced hire payments under a bare-boat charter that includes a purchase option.
Build for Resale
You invest in the construction of a ship with the objective of reselling it in Europe at a profit.
